Stowey Sutton Parish Council are investigating improvements to the recreation ground at Wick Road, Bishop Sutton, BS39 5XD, suitably experienced contractors are invited to survey the recreation ground and provide a report making recommendations on the actions required to ensure a useable surface is available for year round amenity & community sport purposes.
The report should be accompanied by a fully priced quotation for the recommended works.

Subject to approval of a preferred proposal the parish council aim to have the works completed by the end of November 2016, with the expectation of a useable surface being available by spring 2017.
No payment will be made to companies for submitting a report & quotation.
